Members of Derry City and Strabane District Council’s Planning Committee approved full planning permission and Listed Building Consent for the refurbishment and extension of buildings in the city centre for a new 24-bedroomed boutique hotel, at this month’s committee meeting at the Guildhall in Derry. Both applications will now be issued by the Planning Officers to the applicants.
