Flavours of the Foyle ProgrammeTantalise your taste buds at Northern Ireland’s biggest seafood festival when it takes over Guildhall Square on 25th and 26th July.

Our boulevard of Local Chefs will cook a range of delicious fresh produce, providing authentic seafood dishes to try and buy - from the traditional fish ‘n’ chips to more contemporary seafood dishes made with fresh hake from Lough Foyle, flat bed mussels, lobster, crab and more delicious delicacies from the sea!

Celebrity Chefs will take over the demo kitchen providing cookery demonstrations accompanied by live commentary so the audience can pick up tips and tricks and bring them home to try out in their own kitchen!
