Written by Vin McCullagh "Why Am I?" is based on the question Vin wrestled with during one of his stays in a psychiatric hospital. "I was in what was colloquially known as the 'mental' in Omagh, and I had gone to the bathroom, he said. "As I went out I saw a man sitting there who was obviously fairly disturbed. "He kept rocking back and forth, and chanting 'who am I?' "Eventually he looked at me directly and asked me, 'who am I?', and I had to say to him sorry, I don't know who you are.
