Then Enterprise Plus maybe for you.

Our new Enterprise Plus programme is a valuable stepping stone providing personalised flexible intensive support to individuals considering enterprise development/self-employment as a viable and sustainable option to gain employment.

Enterprise Plus will:
• be delivered to residents from across the Derry and Strabane area who have a desire to start a business but due to their individual circumstances face a number of barriers in progressing unaided through mainstream provision. 
• provided intensive support for lower skilled potential entrepreneurs. 
• provide flexible and personalised support to individuals who are considering enterprise development and/or self-employment as a viable and sustainable option to gain employment.  
• develop both entrepreneurial and personal skills; address structural and personal barriers. build capacity, confidence and self-esteem; explore business ideas, leading to the development of business plans, testing of business ideas and establishing new businesses.  
• Provide high quality, personalised, innovative one-to-one support to ensure participants progress on a sustainable and positive pathway.
