Street Life Regeneration
Street Life is the Council's response to how we can recover from the pandemic by making some changes to the way we utilise and enjoy our urban centres, to make them safer and more accessible but also generate greater business confidence and vibrancy.

1 Derry: A Walkable City - a compact, historical and beautiful city to wander around and explore - opportunity to create vitality in our urban areas.
2 Curating the Cathedral Quarter - proposed changes to improve pedestrian experience and generate safe footfall for businesses - Ferryquay Street proposed one way traffic towards the Diamond, extended public realm in the Diamond at the Austin's quadrant and introduction of a number of parklets along Bishop Street

4 Waterloo Street montage - proposed creation of more outdoor space, with lighting and planters to enliven the street and provide additional space for social distancing and business opportunities
