Flower crowns blooming at the Alley
03 October 2019
Milliner and jewellery designer Nicola Bamford will be in the Alley Theatre on Saturday, October 19th, to share her expertise on making beautiful flower crowns.
Perfect for any festival themed event, hen weekend, birthday party or wedding, the flower crown craze has bloomed in recent years, and this interactive headdress workshop will leave you with all the skills and knowledge you need.
In this three hour class, you’ll be inspired by the bounty of quality faux flowers, foliage, ribbons, butterflies and embellishments. Nicola will help you structure your floral circle or crown for shape, variety and, of course, a comfy fit.
What's more, your long lasting crown can get plenty of use all year round, whether it’s an autumnal hen party, a winter solstice wedding, a festive event or summer festivals, garden parties or weddings.
So come along for a great morning out, with the workshop taking place from 10am-1pm.
This is the perfect event to get together with friends and family, or for something different to do as a birthday party or hen do, plus, you have something to take away with you after your time together which you can use for years to come.
The cost is £25 and includes all materials, however if you own a glue gun please bring it along. No experience is necessary.
