Mayor Warke said: "This is fantastic news for Learning Pool – an innovative company that was founded here in our city and has now grown into a global brand that continues to go from strength to strength.

"It's inspiring to look back at their journey of significant growth from a team of five people starting off in 2006 to over 260 employees now working in offices across the UK and the United States. Their success exemplifies why our city and district is such an attractive place for investment and how it can provide opportunities for new businesses to flourish.

He continued: "Learning Pool are a homegrown company who have put their success down to the people who have made it possible and who continue to push them forward, and we have plenty of those dedicated and driven people here in our region. This news proves that we have the perfect platform locally to grow your business and to attract investment.

"This development will allow Learning Pool to further grow their brand on a global stage and we wish them continued success for the future."
