Planning SCI & LDP Timetable are revised

Derry City and Strabane District Council has published a revised SCI for the Derry City and Strabane District Council Local Development Plan (LDP 2032) and Development Management functions. The SCI sets out the policy for involving and engaging the community in the production of the LDP, in the consideration of Planning applications and in Planning enforcement.

The Council has also published a revised Timetable for the preparation of the LDP and includes details of the key stages in the process.  The Revised Statement of Community Involvement and LDP Timetable are available to view online at the Derry City and Strabane District Council website at the following link: www.derrystrabane.com/sci and www.derrystrabane.com/ldp  or at the Council’s offices, strictly by appointment only. Arrangements will be made for an appointment, or alternative arrangements made.
