Current Applications

We have received the following applications for a Pavement Café Licence under the Licensing of Pavement Cafés Act (Northern Ireland) 2014.


How do I object to an application? 

If you wish to comment or make representations (objections) in relation to any of the applications detailed below you must email or write to us before the closing date for representations listed for that application. The period that is allowed for making representations is 28 days after the date on which the application is received by Council. 


If you do not see details of an application in relation to which you wish to make a representation, or if you would like to view further details of one of the applications listed below, please contact us by email:   


Representations must be made in writing, must specify the particular application that you are objecting to and the reasons why you are objecting to the application. 


When making your representation, you must provide your contact details (name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number). 


You can either submit your representation:
