IMTO presents The Overture from Mack & Mabel Irish Musical Theatre Orchestra are a group of musicians and singers who love to play and perform musical theatre. During lockdown that hasn't been possible, so we've decided to get creative!

Riverine Environmental Heritage Walks In the midst of the Sperrins, groups have undertaken short local heritage based studies. Guided walks along river paths offer background to centuries of manufacturing driven by the power of the River Dennett. Each month a different path with discussions to cover the natural heritage that links the various waterways to the River Mourne on its way to the Foyle. BBC Arts NI presents: Splendid Isolation
BBC Arts and The Lyric Theatre, with the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, join forces to create short isolation dramas with some of Northern Ireland’s biggest names. The five-minute theatrical pieces have been created by top flight actors, directors and writers and are shot in accordance with social distancing guidelines.

Throughout Gasyard Wall Féile 2020 the community will celebrate the great resilience spirit of Creggan, the Bogside, Brandywell, Bishop Street and the Fountain neighbourhoods. Events online will explore a slice of 100 year old history and highlight current community events and characters through photographic portraiture. Void Gallery are welcoming visitors back to the gallery. Void’s exhibition by Ima-Abasi Okon – sur— [infinite Slippage: production of the r ~e ~a ~l as an intensive magnitude starting at zero-eight] —plus – will be extended until Saturday 22nd August.
London and Amsterdam based artist Ima-Abasi Okon works with sculpture, sound and video to produce installations that explore exhibition-making as an exercise in syntax, adopting linguistic and grammatical structures ,complicating the construction of knowledge. The commission is in partnership with the Chisenhale Gallery

Foyle Pride have opened nominations for this year’s Foyle Pride Awards, designed to recognise people who make a difference within our communities. Foyle Pride regrets that this year's physical parade and week of events will not take place as planned. However, a full, diverse, fun, challenging and exploratory programme of online events will take place marking 27 years of Foyle Pride and the 10th anniversary of the official Foyle Pride parade.

Creative Storytelling for 5-12 year olds with Bluebell Arts Project
Bluebell Arts Project’s Creative Story Telling with Frank Rafferty ( for 5-12 year olds) videos are now available on their Youtube page. The series of videos posted each Wednesday at 2pm until the 19th of August will take you through how to plan, develop and tell your story, exploring Place, Plot, Endings, Bringing it All Together and Telling Your Story
Frank will be in the Bluebell Arts Facebook Groupin the Create A Story Room - each Thursday at 11am for you to chat about your stories and ask questions. Stories can be entered into a competition for prizes!
