Off-Street Car Parking

OFF-STREET CAR PARKING INFORMATION

Derry City and Strabane District Council is now responsible for all aspects relating to management, operation and maintenance of the car parks within the District area, although the existing service arrangements with Transport NI (TNI) and NSL will continue to operate.

Paying a parking ticket (PCN)

Information on how to pay is given on the reverse side of the parking ticket (PCN). Payments may be made:-

by internet at NIDirect: Pay your Parking Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) online by credit/ debit card (Visa/ Mastercard/ Switch)
by telephone on 0845 260 6100 using a credit/ debit card (Visa/ Mastercard/ Switch
by post to the Parking Enforcement Processing Unit address below by crossed cheque or postal order made payable to Transport NI. When paying by cheque or postal order, please complete and include the tear-off slip at the bottom of the parking ticket (PCN) and write the parking ticket (PCN) number on the back of the cheque or postal order.

If you have lost the parking ticket (PCN)

If you have lost the parking ticket (PCN) number of a ticket issued in Northern Ireland, you should telephone the Northern Ireland Parking Enforcement Processing Unit to get advice on how to make payment telephone: 0845 300 0613

Complaints about the behaviour of Traffic Attendants (TAs) should be forwarded in writing to NSL, Lindsay House, 10 Callendar Street, Belfast, BT1 5BN
