Michael Currie

Hi I’m Michael. Im based in Kells Co.Antrim. I’ve been fishing and tying flies for about 25 years now. The majority of my fishing is for resident brown trout in my local rivers though when the summer floods arrive and a few Dollaghan start to push up the rivers my attention quickly turns to them. My favourite method of angling would definitely be Euronymphing, I could spent hours working my way up through a few pools trying cover every inch of it with my flies. I really enjoyed last years NW Fly Fair and am looking forward to coming back again.
