General Enquiries & Fault Reporting

If our FAQs do not answer your query, please complete the attached form and submit.  We will respond to you within 48 hours when required. 

Fault Reporting: 

Car park facilities: This is the responsibility of the Council and if you wish to report a fault i.e.  car park lighting, block gullies/drainage, Electric vehicle charge points, signage, ground repairs, fly tipping. It would be very helpful if you would complete the attached form and submit.    

Ticket Machine Faults, Queries, Traffic Attendant: This is the responsibility of NSL Services Group Ltd. This service operates between 07:00-19:00 Mon-Fri and Sat. 09:00 - 12:00.

FAQs

Q: Daily/Weekly Parking Rates 

A: We do not have a daily rate; car parks are charged by the hour from 08:30-18:30 Mon-Sat.


Q: Motorhome/Campervan parking 

A: The wheelbase of the vehicle must fit into the marked bays.  These bays are for parking only and not for long-term stay.  


Q: Overnight/Long-term parking 

A: There is currently no provision for overnight or long-term parking in Council car parks. 


Q: Blue Badge holder car park charges  

A: Everyone including Blue Badge holders must pay in Pay & Display car parks. For other information/queries please refer to Blue Badge holder information 


Q: CCTV monitoring in car parks 

R: There are no CCTV cameras monitoring in any of the Council car parks.
