Culmore Community Centre

Scope:
This Project involves construction of a new facility at a pre-determined location on the former Coney Road Landfill Site. Functions to be included within the new centre are a multi purpose hall, meeting rooms, social area allowing views onto the proposed future playpark and refreshment facilities. A four block changing will also be incorporated in a later phase which would cater for the requirements of the proposed sports pitches to be constructed on the site.

Timeframe:
Design team has been appointed and are currently engaged with user groups to develop a concept design to move forward with, this will be influenced by a business case which is currently under development. Upon completion of the concept design a full programme will be detailed.
