Shantallow Community Centre

Scope:
This Project involves the refurbishment of the existing sports hall which will be transformed into office accommodation, gymnasium, multi-purpose room and shower/changing facilities. A new build section will be added to house a new sports hall developed to the latest standards. The location of the project is at Drumleck Drive, Shantallow within the footprint of the existing centre.

Timeframe:
A building control application is currently submitted and tender documentation is being prepared. Upon release of funding from our funding partner tender documentation will be released to appoint a Main Contractor to carry out the  works. It is currently estimated that the commencement on site will be summer 2019 with a 14 month construction programme.
