Book of Condolence for Reuven Simon and Joseph Sebastian
The Mayor of Derry City and Strabane District Council has opened a Book of Condolence in memory of Reuven Simon and Joseph Sebastian, the two local teenagers who tragically lost their lives. They will be sadly missed by their family and friends across Derry and Strabane and the Kerala community.
Mayor Duffy has expressed her deep sadness at their passing and is encouraging everyone to send messages of support to their families at this very difficult time.
