Bluecoat School Heritage Centre

The Bluecoat School Heritage Centre is a permanent exhibition featuring artefacts and interactive presentations aimed attracting local visitors from all sections of society and international visitors to the city. This exhibition tells the story of

• the arrival of Presbyterians is North West Ulster in the 17th century.
• the challenges that they faced over successive centuries to the present time.
• the role that they have played and are continuing to play in the life of the community in Derry and the North West region.

The Bluecoat School Heritage Centre presents temporary exhibitions appealing to a wide demographic on the subject matter of the Presbyterian story in the North West but also on a range of historical and contemporary topics of interest.
