Availability of Adopted LDP Plan Strategy and Extended Consultation Period on SPGs

Further to the adoption of the LDP Plan Strategy on 10th July 2025 (see documents below), the Council is expecting the printed version of the LDP Plan Strategy to be available by the end of August. This webpage will be updated when it is available. In the meantime, the LDP Plan Strategy (Printer-friendly version) is available HERE and at the link below, or to view in hardcopy at the Council Offices (by appointment only).
On 10th July, the Council also published a series of 15 Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) documents, to support the implementation of the LDP (see documents below). These 15 documents were opened for public consultation – for a period of 8 weeks. However, due to the summer recess the consultation period has been extended. Therefore, any comments on any of these SPG documents should be submitted in writing to the Strand Road office or email address before 30th September 2025.
Further tranches of SPG documents will be consulted-upon from September / October 2025, so please see this webpage for details at that time.
