Business leaders and entrepreneurs across the North West have just days left to apply for the prestigious Lead2Grow 2026 business growth programme, with applications officially closing this Friday, 18 September 20 at 12 noon.
Delivered in partnership with Donegal County Council and Babson Executive Education, who are globally renowned for entrepreneurial education, this intensive programme is designed specifically for SMEs and founder-led businesses looking to scale, enter new markets, and elevate their leadership capabilities.
Taking place from 9th to 11th November, business owners will explore critical growth pillars, including international scaling strategies, smart marketing, financial planning, and building high-performing organisational cultures.
Steven O'Reilly of O'Reilly Sports who took part in the programme previously, is encouraging business to sign up. He said: “Lead2Grow challenged me to think differently about the future of my business and provided practical tools that I could implement straight away. The insights from the Babson team, combined with the opportunity to learn alongside other ambitious business owners, were invaluable. The programme gave me greater confidence in our growth plans and helped shape the strategic direction of O'Reilly Sports."
Lending his support to the programme, Clive Wilson, Managing Director of FAST Technologies, added: “One of the most valuable aspects of Lead2Grow was the opportunity to build strong relationships with other business leaders from across the region. Growing that network created meaningful conversations, fresh ideas and new perspectives that we could take back into our own business. The combination of world-class expertise from Babson College and learning alongside ambitious peers made the experience extremely worthwhile. I would encourage any business leader with growth ambitions to apply.”
Lead2Grow is tailored for companies operating across a diverse range of sectors, including technology, manufacturing, food and drink, professional services, creative industries, sustainability, and health innovation.
Businesses interested in getting involved will benefit from faculty-led workshops, one-to-one coaching, peer learning circles, and a customised growth roadmap, culminating in lifetime access to an international alumni network of business leaders.
