Top of the Hill Masterplan
The Top of the Hill Park Masterplan is a visionary project aimed at enhancing connectivity, recreation, and community well-being across Council-owned lands, including Top of the Hill Country Park, Kelly’s Field, and Eskaheen View.
The plan has been developed in collaboration with local community groups, stakeholders, and elected members to ensure it reflects the needs and aspirations of residents. A Steering Group was established in June 2024, including various community stakeholders, to help shape the plans for the area.
The Masterplan represents a significant step forward in Council's commitment to sustainable and inclusive regeneration, and your input is vital to ensure it meets the needs of everyone in the community.
