This is a beginners friendly yoga class designed for runners. This class will consist of postures targetting tight muscle groups within runners.Deeply stretch and strengthen your ankles, lower body, core & upper body. Significantly reducing the risk of injury. Gain an edge with learning to control your breathing in a hot environment, this will crossover when your feeling the intensity during your run and your pushing harder, helping maintain calm and performance when your pushing up the intensity of your run.
