Nathan Anthony is a Northern Irish home cook who set up his account during lockdown sharing quick, easy and healthy air fryer and slow cooker recipes that soon went viral. In 2023, he stormed the book charts with the publication of two best-selling cookbooks, The Healthy Slow Cooker Book and The Healthy Air Fryer Book. He just recently published his third book, Bored of Lunch Healthy Slow Cooker: Even Easier, in January 2024 which went straight to Number 1 on Amazon's Best Seller List.
Bored of Lunch has now amassed over 3 million followers across all platforms.
Marie-Louise Muir is an award winning BBC radio presenter and producer and the co host of the Irish Podcast Awards winning "Talking Derry Girls".
Marie-Louise works as a producer and presenter for BBC Radio, making "The Culture Cafe" for BBC Radio Ulster, "In the Studio" for BBC World Service and recently "Open Country" for Radio 4. She also produced the Royal Television Society NI award winning TV documentary about the playwright Brian Friel for BBC/RTE. She is a leading voice in arts broadcasting on the island of Ireland and she is currently working as a producer/presenter for BBC Radio Foyle/BBC Radio Ulster based in her hometown of Derry.
