Dance For All 10 WEEK ADULT CONTEMPORARY DANCE PROGRAMME With Zoe Ramsey As part of our Recovery to Discovery: Creative Pathways Programme, funded by the Arts Council NI through the Arts and Older People's Programme, we are delighted to offer a free 10-week programme – Dance For All! Led by dance facilitator Zoe Ramsey, this fun and welcoming adult dance class provides the perfect space to move, laugh and feel good. Whether you are a complete beginner or returning to dance, Zoe's classes are designed to build confidence, improve physical fitness and support your overall wellbeing in a relaxed and friendly environment.
