Feis Dhoire Cholmcille will run this year from Tuesday 7 April to Friday 10 April.
The origins of the Derry Feis can be traced back to its inaugural event in 1922, which took place over four nights between June 27 and June 30. This event was a cultural and competitive triumph, despite the backdrop of political turmoil in Ireland. The Feis has since become a cornerstone of the city's cultural fabric, celebrated annually during Easter Week. It has served as a platform for showcasing talent and fostering a sense of community. The Feis continues to be a testament to the city's musical and artistic heritage, with its centenary marking a significant milestone in its history.
