The Hike - Sawel Mountain — the highest peak in the Sperrin range.
Together, we'll walk at a steady, sociable pace up through open landscapes and heather moorlands to the summit of Sawel Mountain (678 m), the highest point in Tyrone and Derry.
Along the way, we'll enjoy mindful pauses, local stories and time to breathe deep in Northern Ireland's most peaceful hills.
The Taste - Lunch & Tour at Dart Mountain Cheese
After our mountain adventure, we'll relax and refuel at the award-winning Dart Mountain Cheese where we will enjoy a hearty, rustic lunch featuring cheese boards, breads, salads and delicious accompaniments. If you have a food intolerance, you may need to provide your own lunch due to limitations of our kitchen. Please let us know, in advance, if this is the case.
We'll then gear up and take a behind-the-scenes tour of the artisan production process. We'll hear the cheesemakers' stories, insights, and secrets behind each flavour.
