To celebrate International Women's Day, UNISON's Health Agencies Branch, supported by the Mayor, Cllr Lilian Seenoi-Barr, are holding a Panel discussion chaired by Patricia McKeown

"To celebrate International Women's Day, UNISON's Health Agencies Branch, supported by the Mayor, Cllr Lilian Seenoi-Barr, are holding a Panel discussion chaired by Patricia McKeown, UNISON Regional Secretary, focusing on inspiring the next generation of feminist change-makers. Our aim is to raise awareness of the power of activism and leadership in our communities and how young woman can harness this power to improve their outcomes and make meaningful changes in society.

The Panel will consist of the following Speakers:

Marie Brown, Foyle Women's Aid
Joanne Sansome, Disability Action
Beverley Simpson, International Black and Migrant Workers
Caoimhe Quigley – LGBT+
Jessica McVeigh, Young Member UNISON
The event will conclude with a short performance directed by Casey-Jade Campbell, performed by local young women and organised by FUSE arts".
