Mayor-Rox invites competitors of all abilities to take part in the district’s first-ever HYROX simulation event on Saturday, 30th May 2026 at Melvin Sports Complex.
This all-day, chip-timed fitness competition combines running with functional workout stations in a structured race format. Participants can compete individually or as part of a relay team, making it accessible for both seasoned athletes and first-time competitors.
Mayor-Rox is also a fundraising event supporting the Mayor’s chosen charities. A minimum donation of £50 applies to all entrants, with the opportunity to raise additional sponsorship.
Categories include single entries, doubles, relay and half-rox options.
