Join us for an inspiring workshop where you can create your own unique ink artwork led by professional artist John Britton.
Ink is a fantastic material to work with. It has a will of its own! Before you start painting with ink, you must quieten your mind. If you're tense, the ink knows….Painting with ink is a wonderful, healthy experience - letting go of worries and expectations, and becoming as present as you possibly can. It's pure creativity!
In this session, you'll discover:
The qualities and quirks of ink;
How it behaves on different sorts of paper;
What happens when you apply it to wet paper (spoiler alert: it makes amazing organic patterns);
Using different brushes (and other things).
You'll end up making a small, unique work of art to take home with you!
This workshop is priced at £25 per person and includes tea/coffee and treats on the day.
