This workshop designed for actors, dancers, and movement-based performers explores how the body communicates story, emotion, and intention.
A fun and practical workshop designed for actors, dancers, and movement-based performers who want to deepen their physical craft and get insight into the creative process used to create the immersive show BPM. This workshop explores how the body communicates story, emotion, and intention — long before words are spoken.
Through a blend of physical actions, authentic movement, tension states, and creative task-based exploration, participants will learn how to build compelling physical narratives and develop greater clarity, precision, and power in their performance vocabulary.
Drawing from our combined experience in dance, theatre, choreography, and physical performance, we will guide participants through techniques that unlock instinct, presence, and embodied storytelling.
Whether you're an actor wanting more confidence in movement or a dancer looking to add narrative depth, this masterclass offers a supportive space to develop your craft.
