RoUTE 18 - YES Festival

A Ulyssesean walk from the Brandywell Showground to Ebrington Square.

The Return of Ulysses Trail Exhibition in Derry~Londonderry will comprise 18 venue locations across the city centre, from the Brandywell Showground in the west of the city to Ebrington Square at the end of the Peace Bridge.   Each of the Derry~Londonderry venues and locations will host one of the ULYSSES European Odyssey cities project exhibitions that offers the most comprehensive and unique insight to the 18 city 2-year journey ULYSSES European Odyssey 2022-2024 project.  In each of the venue locations will be exhibits from one of the European city UEO projects accompanied by video footage, photographs, publications, the first revealing of each city writer’s composition and each city’s c.17 questions that will make up the publication: ‘What will you Answer? 309 Questions from Europe’.

RoUTE 18 is a bespoke ULYSSES European Odyssey exhibition trail free to the public across 8 days.  RoUTE 18 brings together the UEO project that has taken place across Europe into a single concentration hosted by 18 Derry~Londonderry locations empathetic each of the 18 designated European city themes.

Access will be free. Visitors can choose locations in any order, as few or as many per day, or spread across a number of days.
