I'm so excited to be bringing my Breath & Sound workshop to Derry for the first time at the end of the month.
I'll be hosting the 'Sunday Morning Exhale' from Destined, Derry on 30th August.
If you've been giving a lot of yourself lately, this Sunday morning is for you.
Through gentle breathwork and sound, you'll be invited to slow down, listen in and honour where you are.
Two hours where nothing is asked of you...
Just space to slow down, breathe and be.
No experience is needed and everyone is welcome.
I'd love to meet some of you there.
