Couples will cook together over flames using premium equipment from Big Green Egg, Weber, MAKON, Good Wood Fuel & YETI, guided by ICSA-accredited instructors. The menu showcases local producers including Moyletra Moileds, Dart Mountain Cheese, Broighter Gold Oil, Ballyholey Farm Shop, Ditty’s Crackers, Grants Bacon, Moore on the Quay & Two Stacks Whiskey Cream.
