Citizens Across Derry & Strabane are ready to reconnect again
The #ReconnectingAgain campaign is part of a wider Age Friendly initiative which aims to reduce social isolation and loneliness for local citizens over the age of 50 across the Derry City and Strabane District Council area.
The #reconnectingagain campaign will see posters at various settings and places across the city and district, as well as a social media campaign to help people over 50 across the Derry and Strabane district, become less socially isolated and lonely and encourage them to create new opportunities to connect and reengage with others, especially as restrictions with the Covid 19 pandemic ease.
Across Derry City & Strabane district, the Age Friendly initiative is encouraging everyone to play their part in this campaign and help support their local community in doing so.
We are encouraging all, organisations, the community and voluntary sector and also local businesses to help promote the campaign's message by getting involved and showing their support. Please download the toolkit here.
