General advice on Brexit is available on the NI Direct and UK Government websites.
BUSINESS ADVICE
- Invest NI and Intertrade Ireland have dedicated sections on their websites to provide advice and support for businesses on Brexit. The UK Government has also created an online toolkit to assist businesses prepare for Brexit.
- Local businesses who are seeking advice are urged to contact the Council’s Business team
- Those involved in the food sector are urged to view the guidance provided by the Food Standards Agency
- The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs also has detailed information on a range of issues including rural grants and payments – and the work they are doing to provide support. In particuar information around availing of Export health certificates is available
