The Derry City and Strabane District Council’s PEACEPLUS Theme 1.1 Local Co-Designed Action Plan was submitted in August 2023. It includes 58 projects under 3 themes, totalling £8m. A user-friendly guide to this content is published below. A slightly more detailed version of the 58 projects is published in the Project Overview document. Both these documents may be useful to organisations potentially interested in tendering for the opportunities available in this programme.
Please note, this is application/bid detail only. They will not become funded opportunities until such time as a Letter of Offer is received from the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). This may happen in early 2024. SEUPB are the funder and will assess the bid as they see fit.

For information, there are no small grants in the Action Plan. SEUPB will directly themselves run a small grants programme for relevant projects up to €100,000. There are also many other parts of the PEACEPLUS Programme which are not run by council and are publicly accessible for organisations to apply for. Groups are advised to sign up to SEUPB PEACEPLUS updates to receive information on these wider opportunities.
