Challenge Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)

Please be aware that the Council does not handle queries regarding Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs). All enquiries should be directed to Marston Holdings Limited.

If you have received a PCN for off-street parking in Council-operated car parks and wish to make an enquiry, please check the reverse side of the notice to confirm that it was issued by Marston Holdings Ltd before proceeding.

If you wish to challenge a PCN:
  • Do not make a payment while submitting a challenge.
  • If your challenge is submitted within 14 days of the PCN issue date, and it is rejected, the discounted charge may be re-offered.
