On Street Parking

Responsibility for On-Street Parking lies with the Department for Infrastructure (DfI)—not the Council.

If you’ve received a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) for an on-street parking violation, or if you have any enquiries or complaints regarding On-Street Traffic Attendants, PCN payments, or submitting a challenge, please contact the DfI Parking Enforcement Unit directly.

Contact details are available via the
DfI website, and can also be found on the reverse side of your PCN ticket.
