The Chef Employment Academy will be delivered to provide 12 participants with a pathway into the culinary industry. Participants will obtain a number of qualifications, skills and placement experience.
To be eligible for this Academy, you must be:
· be aged 16+ (school leavers criteria apply).
· live and have the right to work within Derry City and Strabane District Council
· have a good standard of spoken English.
· be unemployed or economically inactive.
· be fully committed to undertaking all training and qualifications.
· be willing to take up immediate employment.
· not be participating in any other initiative that would exclude them from a DSLMP programme.
