Women into Hospitality Employment Academy is to support and move 12 women closer to sustainable employment within the hospitality industry.
This programme is for women who are resident within DCSDC and have a desire to start a career and work in hospitality and that require additional support to achieve this. In addition, the women must:
· be aged 16+ (school leavers criteria apply).
· have a good standard of spoken English.
· be unemployed or economically inactive.
· be fully committed to undertaking all training and qualifications.
· be willing to take up immediate employment.
· not be participating in any other initiative that would exclude them from a DSLMP programme.
