SECURITY & EVENTS TRAINING

Course: SIA Door Supervisor Training and Licence
Location: Iona Business Park, Southway, Derry, BT48 9LH
Duration: 7 full days (including a day of First Aid)

First Aid: Thursday 21^st August at 1pm (3 and ½ hours)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS (LEVEL 2)

Fast Track in obtaining any one of the below qualifications.  
Please note:

• as these are fast track, the learning will also be fast; where you will be required to attend all sessions to ensure you do not miss out on anything
• an initial assessment will take place to identify your level and ability of learning

Course: Essential Skills Level 2 in Literacy
Location:  Derry Youth Community Workshop (DYCW), 6 Society St, Londonderry BT48 6PJ
Duration:  3 hours per week, for 13 consecutive weeks
Class Times: 10am to 1pm
Dates: 

• Initial Assessment: Tuesday 26th August (to determine your level & ability of completion)
• First Class: Tuesday 2^nd September (continues every Tuesday thereafter)
• Last Class: Tuesday 25 November
• Final Exam: Tuesday 2^nd December

Course: Essential Skills Level 2 in Numeracy
Location:  Derry Youth Community Workshop (DYCW), 6 Society St, Londonderry BT48 6PJ
Duration:  3 hours per week, for 13 consecutive weeks
Class Times: 10am to 1pm 
Dates:

• Initial Assessment: Monday 25th August (to determine your level & ability of completion)
• First Class: Monday 1st September (will continue every Monday thereafter)
• Last Class: Monday 24th November
• Final Exam: Monday 1st December

Number of Places: 12

Course: Essential Skills Level 2 in ICT
