Any Accumulation or Deposit (e.g. Rubbish Complaints)
A single deposit or accumulations of household rubbish or other putrescible materials over time at a property which have not been properly stored and disposed of within bins can give rise to foul odour and insect populations which can affect nearby property. Such material can also provide a source of food and harborage for vermin which can also carry disease.
This provision does not apply to littering on public land. This is dealt with under separate legislation.
