What worrying means?
Under NI law, a dog is considered to be worrying livestock if it:
-
Attacks or injures livestock, or;
-
Chases livestock in a way that could cause injury, suffering or loss of condition, or
-
Is at large (not under proper control) in a field or enclosure containing livestock, even if no attack happens.
