We've had a few questions about how to transfer your Strabane Lifford Half Marathon entry - here's how to do it:
HOW TO PROCESS YOUR TRANSFER
- Login to your Eventmaster Account using the email you registered with.
- Go to 'My Tickets' and select your SLHM order.
- Select 'TICKET TRANSFER'.
- Enter the name and email address of the person you want to transfer the ticket to (Please ensure you use the correct email address)
- Select 'START TRANSFER'.
- Confirmation of the transfer will appear on your screen.
- The runner who has been sent the ticket transfer will receive an email and a link to process the transfer.
- The runner receiving the entry can accept or decline the ticket transfer now. If they accept, they can enter the required information and proceed to payment.
- The runner receiving the entry will need to accept the transfer and pay the £6 transfer fee (plus platform and payment charges) in order for the transfer to be completed.
