Equality Progress Reports
Derry City and Strabane District Council prepares an annual report on its progress implementing the arrangements set out our Equality Scheme to discharge our Section 75 statutory duties (Section 75 annual progress report).
The annual progress report is sent to the Equality Commission by 31 August each year.

Equality Scheme Reviews
As required by Schedule 9 paragraph 8 (3) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 we conduct a thorough review of our Equality Scheme every five years or sooner.
Our reviews evaluate the effectiveness of our scheme in relation to the implementation of the Section 75 statutory duties relevant to our functions.
