All Full Plan applications should be submitted by post together with the appropriate payment by cheque. However, large bulky applications can be delivered directly to 98 Strand Road, Derry and 48 Derry Road, Strabane by prior arrangement. Cost estimates submitted to Building Control for fee calculation
In some instances, it may be necessary to provide an estimated cost of works for fee assessment purposes. If you are required to provide a written estimate, this should be prepared by a suitably qualified professional. The estimate should include all work to be undertaken, including preliminaries (e.g. site set‑up, temporary services, etc.). Failure to provide an accurate estimate may result in a delay in processing the application. Providing false or misleading cost information is an offence.
