The Health and Housing Section at Derry City and Strabane District Council will enforce housing offences under the Private Tenancies Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 and the Private Tenancies Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 and may issue fixed penalty fines in accordance with rules for these offences.
Legal proceedings will be taken for non-payment of any Fixed Penalty Notices issued.
